Curriculum Vitae

Research:

The NMR facility supports both research and teaching in the department. The Facility currently possesses three high-field superconducting NMR instruments: a Varian INOVA 300 MHz, a Varian NMR-System 500 MHz, and a Bruker Avance-Neo 500 MHz system. 

Other:

Dr. Burt teaches BYU course Iceland 429/Scandinavian 429, Old Norse Language and Literature, for the BYU Department of Scandinavian Studies. As a part of teaching this course, he created an online version of the Cleasby/Vigfusson dictionary of Old Iceland. The dictionary interface is mobile-friendly and includes a search function.
